SilviLaser 2025 will bring together experts from academia, industry and government to discuss the newest cutting edge technology and science from the laser scanning and forest communities.

We invite industry partners to join us at the conference as sponsors; we present a range of options from specific events to direct conference sponsorships. We will also host exhibitors in the same space as the morning and afternoon coffee breaks, lunch and poster displays to maximize foot traffic and visibility.

By supporting the conference and exhibition you will provide your company with many benefits, including:

  • Exposure to lidar researchers including presentations on the state of the art and innovative technology

  • Networking opportunities during and after the meeting through provisions of an attendees list after the conference

Sponsors

Platinum Sponsorship Package - $20,000

Of the packages, the platinum sponsorship package would give the most exposure and benefits including a highly visible branding at the event and on the website, extended space in the exhibitor hall, and an 5 minute opportunity to address the delegates after a plenary session during the event.

As the only platinum sponsor, in addition to the standard booth package, you will have:

  • Name rights to the conference dinner, a highlight of the event and a great opportunity to promote your brand in a more relaxed and social environment. The location of this dinner is TBA.

  • Supplied items to be displayed as table centerpieces at each place setting

  • Premier logo placement on the website as major sponsor and dinner sponsor

  • 1 page in the program available for your company’s profile + full colour page on the back of the program

  • 2 tickets to the scientific program and social program 

  • Primary placement of two joined tables on exhibit floor

  • 5 minute presentation at the plenary session

Sponsoring of social events and workshop series

There will be a number of social events at SilviLaser25 which we would encourage sponsors to consider.

Icebreaker: This event will be held at the conference venue on Monday, September 28 at 5pm. Sponsorship will include naming of the event e.g. “Company Name Icebreaker” on all promotional material as well as promotional material at the venue. Cost: $10,000.

Gold Sponsorship Package - $10,000

The Gold Sponsorship Package offers substantial exposure and numerous benefits, including prominent branding at the event and on the website as well as space in the exhibitor hall. As one of our Gold sponsors, you will receive:

  • Premium logo placement on the website as a major sponsor

  • A half-page in the program dedicated to your company’s profile

  • 2 tickets to both the scientific and social programs

  • Preferred placement of a spacious booth on the exhibit floor

Silver Sponsorship Package - $7,500

The Silver Sponsorship Package provides excellent visibility and a range of benefits, including significant branding at the event and on the website. As one of three Silver sponsors, you will receive:

  • Logo placement on the website and event materials as a supporting sponsor.

  • A quarter-page in the program dedicated to your company’s profile.

  • 1 ticket to both the scientific and social programs.

  • A well-placed booth on the exhibit floor.

Bronze Sponsorship Package - $5,000

The Bronze Sponsorship Package offers valuable exposure and essential benefits, including visible branding at the event and on the website.
As one of five Bronze sponsors, you will receive:

  • Logo placement on the website and event materials as a contributing sponsor

  • A brief mention in the program for your company’s profile

  • 1 ticket to the scientific program

  • A booth on the exhibit floor

Exhibitors

Exhibitor Booth Package - $3,500

Being an exhibitor at SilviLaser 2025 provides your company with the opportunity to showcase your products and/or services for the duration of the conference. The exhibitor area is specifically designed to maximize exposure to the attendees and located close to the morning and afternoon break areas and poster sessions. You can book a standard exhibitor package, or upgrade to bronze, silver, gold and platinum levels.

A standard booth package includes:

  • Area measuring 8 x 3 feet with a table, tablecloth, two chairs and one standard power outlet

  • Your name in the conference program

  • One registration to the scientific program

  • Copy of the delegate list provided during the meeting

  • Opportunity to distribute promotional materials to delegates and to connect with potential clients and industry professionals
